Kathryn Marie, the founder of Broad Careers, has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Throughout her career, she observed a recurring issue: companies struggled to hire women and other diverse candidates for technical roles. Often, the explanation was simple: "They don't apply." Kathryn realised that the problem wasn't with the applicants, but with the hiring practices themselves. This realisation led her to create Broad Careers, a solution-focused service aimed at addressing this gap.

Broad Careers was born from Kathryn’s commitment to creating a more effective and inclusive hiring process.
